Our hiking hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the following 5 certified mountain trails, which have been awarded the seal of quality by the state of Tyrol:
Wilde Wasser Weg, Panoramaweg Gletscherblick, Stubaier Höhenweg, Panoramaweg Elfer and Gloatsteig.

Adventure hikes, explore the glacier world, adventure playground or enjoy the magnificent view: The Stubai Glacier is also an excursion destination for young and old in summer and is approx. 16 km or 30 minutes by bus from the Hotel Tirolerhof in Neustift.

  • Ice grotto
    Breathtaking views far into the eternal ice, colorful plays of colors bring the myth of the glacier to life right at the Eisgrat mountain station.
  • Top of Tyrol – viewing platform:
    In just a few minutes’ walk and over 232 steps, you can reach the viewing platform, which offers a view over 109 three-thousand-metre peaks as far as the Dolomites!

In Neustift

Approx. 100 meters from the Hotel Tirolerhof in Neustift, the Elfer Panoramabahn takes you to the leisure area of the 2,505 m high Elferspitze.

  • The largest walk-in sundial in the Alps is definitely worth a visit because of its architecture and the unique panoramic view.
  • In summer, various hiking trails lead into the mountain world around the Elfer. Demanding mountain tours in the Stubai Valley and challenging via ferratas offer mountaineers and climbers that certain kick.
  • The Elfer near Neustift is particularly popular with hang-gliders and paragliders because of the special thermals.

The Schlick is approx. 7 km or 20 minutes by (ski) bus from the Hotel Tirolerhof in Neustift.

  • Stubai Blick – viewing platform
    From the viewing platform at 2,160 meters, visitors have an impressive view of the Stubai Kalkkögel massif.
  • Panoramic lake
    Another highlight is the beautifully designed panoramic lake between the Schlickeralm and the Froneben mid-station with a magnificent view.

This cable car is approx. 9 kilometers or a good 20 minutes by (ski) bus from the hotel.

A special experience during your vacation in the Stubaital is a sunrise hike to the summit of the Serles. Early risers are rewarded with the fascinating play of colors that can only be experienced in the mountains. Rare flowers and a colorful splendor of blossoms await hikers on the trails on the Blaser, one of the most flower-rich mountains in Tyrol.

  • Summer toboggan run
    With a height difference of 640 m and a track length of 2.8 km, which leads to a top speed of 42 km/h, a lightning-fast descent into the valley is guaranteed.

Guided hike

You can also take part in the free guided hike in the Serles hiking area, which takes place every Monday (from May to October) at 9:00 am as part of the Stubai weekly program. Details can be found here:
