Information on Covid-19

Dear guests,

Due to the current situation, we would like to inform you about the latest developments in the Covid-19 pandemic (coronavirus).

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation with us in the Stubai Valley, we have taken some measures for the safety of all of us.

Important

Due to possible future government changes, adjustments in the usability of our facilities may result from one day to the next, which we unfortunately have no influence on.

This page is kept up to date to the best of our knowledge, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

Last change: 17th December 2022

Arrival

When entering Austria, no quarantine is necessary in principle, unless you come from a high-risk area or virus variant area and have not been fully vaccinated, recovered or having a valid negative corona test result.

Since 05th March 2022, digital registration is only required for entry into Austria from risk areas (Annex B2). Details and the digital application/registration can be found here: entry.ptc.gv.at

Vaccinated, Tested, Recovered

The so-called 3G rule (vaccinated, tested or recovered) applies since 16.12.2022 only in areas such as hospitals and similar facilities if the federal state and/or the operator so requires.
Persons under 12 years of age are exempt from this regulation and proof requirement.

Vaccinated means fully vaccinated with an EMA-approved Corona vaccine. The validity period of the vaccination depends on the vaccine administered and the number of vaccine doses administered.
Recovered means all persons who have recovered from a Corona disease within the last 180 days.
Tested means having a valid negative Corona test result. PCR tests are valid for 72 hours from sample collection, antigen tests are valid for 24 hours (no self-tests!).

General operation

All of our regular offers and facilities can currently be used, including our wellness area (4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and our outdoor swimming pool in the garden in summer (weather permitting).

In the morning you can help yourself at our breakfast buffet and for dinner at the salad buffet.

FFP2 Mask obligation, mouth-nose protection

From 16.04.2022, the obligation to wear a mask is no longer applicable in our hotel. So you don't have to wear an FFP2 mask or mouth-nose protection, but you can if you want to do so.

Disinfection and cleaning

Hand disinfectant dispensers are available for you at all important points (at the hotel entrance, in front of the buffet and in front of the wellness area).

The cleaning of all public areas and guest rooms is carried out at the highest level with appropriate utensils.

Furthermore, all rooms will be disinfected with a special device that we have purchased on departure.

Wellness area

Our wellness area is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We ask you to treat each other responsibly.

Kitchen and dining room

During your stay, you always have the same fixed table in the morning and in the evening.

Before taking anything from the buffet, please disinfect your hands.

Booking and check-in

You can tell us your wishes or other special features (e.g. food allergies, additional pillows, ...) for your stay comfortably by email, so we can prepare your vacation in the best possible way.

Our online check-in enables you to enter your registration data in advance and thus shorten your check-in at the reception.

If it is impossible for you to arrive due to government orders, you can cancel at any time free of charge. Otherwise, our cancellation terms and conditions apply.

Outside the hotel

Vaccinated, Recovered or Tested (3-G rules) applies in the following areas:
Hospitals and similar comparable facilities, if so required by the federal state and/or the operator.

Protection bucco-nasale et masques FFP2:
A mouth-nose protection is currently no longer sufficient!
Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory in hospitals and similar facilities, in the health and care sector and in old people's and nursing homes.

Night gastronomy
Clubs, bars, etc..
Since 05 March 2022, night catering and also apres-ski venues are allowed to reopen.
