On this page we have compiled the most important information for you regarding your booking and your stay with us. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Neustift!

All about our rooms & apartments

The prices are per room per night with standard occupancy excluding tourist tax.
The visitor’s tax is € 4.80 per night and person from the age of 16.
All rooms are non-smoking and equipped as follows:
Bathroom (bath with shower attachment), WC, Smart TV with hotel info channel and 🎥 streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. Simply log in to your account via QR code, stream and be logged out automatically, radio, telephone, free WiFi in the hotel, room safe and balcony.
Room and appartment cleaning in our hotel only takes place in the morning.

Dinner-details

Accommodation prices including half board comprise a generous breakfast buffet and a four-course evening meal with salad buffet, starter or soup, a choice of two main courses (including one vegetarian option) and dessert.
The discount for bed and breakfast is € 15,00 per adult per day on the half-board price. The decision can be made daily on site until 10:00 a.m.
When booking half board, we would like to kindly point out that dinner is served between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please note that dinner is not served after 8:00 p.m.
If your arrival is delayed on the day of arrival, we can of course deduct the cost of dinner from your bill, provided that we receive notification of cancellation by 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and by 10:00 a.m. on each of the following days.
For bookings with bed and breakfast, dinner can be added on the day of arrival until 3 p.m. and on the following days until 10 a.m. for an additional charge.
Our packed lunch for on the go is available for only € 15.00 – simply order in advance at reception! You will receive a small bag with a juice and a muesli bar directly at your breakfast table. At the buffet, you can choose two crispy rolls and fresh fruit per person – just as you like.

Cancellation – the small print

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
Up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival: free of charge.
6 weeks to 4 weeks before the date of arrival: 50% of the total package price.
4 weeks to 2 weeks before the day of arrival: 80% of the total package price.
2 weeks or less before the date of arrival: 90% of the total package price.
We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-In – Room occupancy:
On the day of arrival, your booked room will be available from 15:00.
Check-Out – Room release:
On the day of departure until 10:00 am. Late check-out until 18:00 is possible on request and subject to availability for a surcharge of € 45,00 per room.
Please note:
Unfortunately, we do not have a room for luggage storage.

Everything about your hotel stay in Neustift

Hotel’s own rental of mountain bikes and hiking/nordic walking poles (free of charge).
Rental of e-bikes and ski equipment (for a fee).
Cycling maps and suitable helmets are available at our reception.
Bus stop only approx. 150 m from the hotel
In-house hotel cab on request (for a fee)
The ski pass in our offers is valid for the Stubai Glacier (children free up to 10 years; ID required!)
Booking office for ski lessons directly at the hotel (ski lessons for a fee)
Pets allowed: € 25,00 per day (without food)
Please only leave your dog alone in the room if it remains calm. Bed and sofa are taboo, we are happy to provide blankets. Lock the windows and balcony door and hang up the “Do not disturb” sign. For breakfast and dinner, dogs are welcome in the tiled area of the dining room, but not in the buffet area or on benches/chairs. Please keep your dog on a lead in the hotel and on the terrace, the garden area is reserved for our guests. Please play outside. Towels are available in case of rain.
